I have always loved Bogarts ..But my recent visit there w a group of friends was nothing but a disaster. We made reservations for 8pm, as we walk in the door, THE ONLY DOOR AFTER THE 'REMODEL', brought us to the smoky bar area with w/o any hostess or waitress in sight...so we stood by some menus lying over on a counter, we stood there for close to 10 minutes....this lady walked by we said hello??? we had reservations for 8 ....She said WHO DID YOU SPEAK TO? And also shared with us she had 3 waitress call off this evening and they are short - but she'll see what she can do - as we stood there another 15 minutes...(as we are now not the only ones standing there - several groups of people ...many left - .we finally got her attention again and said look, if we aren't getting a table let us know - we'll go somewhere else - she said ...I am working on it, "here is a $10.00 voucher for the bar" we head to the bar to met the bartender standing there smoking ...as we handed her this voucher she said - what's this???? very snotty...we about had it!!! --- after being seated at a wobbling table ..we had the pleasure of getting our own drinks from the bar since the waiter was no where to be found - we finally got a sorry we are under new management - the food was good though.

Well, let me make this short but, to the point. I took my grandmother out for birthday today 11-15-07 to eat at this restaurant that is no larger than a family room. The band was way tooo loud I couldn't even talk to my grandmother. Service was super slow. The salad was joke ---they serve you one leaf of lettuce with a couple of strings of onion and tomato. My entree was not great-----small portions with a BIG BILL. NEVER WILL GO AGAIN----I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT OTHER REVIEWS SAY TRUST MINE!!!!

i love this place! its so much fun and i love how you get so many choices of what you can eat. its a little expensive, but its really worth it for the entertainment and the food {which you get a ton of}. its just a really good experience that everyone should try.
